We Are WorkingWe are Working provides companies with two things – remote workers (VAs) and ultra-tight workflow. When having work done remotely, it really becomes all about the workflow. Being true experts at workflow, we not only connect your task with a good remote worker (onshore or offshore), we also create solid workflow that ensures that task gets done correctly and on time. Once a task is handed to We Are Working, all of the operational headaches associated with that task become our responsibility. No more recruiting, onboarding, managing, etc.

We have been working with We Are Working, specifically Andrea Paulse-de Wet, for over six months and they have been absolutely incredible. FAR beyond our expectations for a virtual assistant team, they have transformed our work processes, fully taken over most of our repeatable tasks, and made our work more cost effective and efficient. They are 100% reliable, ask great questions, and document all their processes. We LOVE working with them!

I've worked with WAW for several months now, and I'm so incredibly grateful for the support they provide! My work requires my assistant to provide support across a wide variety of fairly nuanced and unique tasks. WAW has built clear workflows and my assistant has been nothing short of spectacular, closely tracking and executing across clients and across projects. If you're on the fence, you should give it a try – you'll be very happy you did!

We are Working is saving us time and money by providing staff that we offload work and allow us to focus more on growing our business. The partnership has been good as they learn about our business and what we need beyond. What separates them from other companies is the creation of SOPs which is helping us to improve our workflows and the attention to detail.

I have been able to complete some tasks that have been on my to-do list for quite some time. I can direct my attention to tasks that interest me more with their support. They have been able to help me find solutions to issues I ran into and they pivot quickly when I need to re-direct our focus. I'm grateful for our relationship!
