I joined Exec+ as a senior tech leader and landed an offer through one of their applications. The biggest value for me was consistency and speed — fresh postings surfaced almost every day and went out quickly once I approved them, which in this market is often the difference between getting read and not. Nothing was ever submitted without my approval, and anything I skipped didn't count against my allowance, so I stayed in control of quality throughout. That gave me back the hours I needed for interview prep and upskilling. The team was responsive and easy to deal with the whole way through. One expectation worth setting if you're senior or in a specialized field: job titles map loosely to actual scope, so plan on doing some of the filtering yourself. Go in treating it as a time multiplier rather than a shortcut and it works well.
