The quarter zip I bought is extremely low quality, nothing like the picture, which showed a high quality quarter zip that was clearly embroidered on. This is cheap fabric with the colors barely printed on and already fading. Nothing like what I was supposed to get, never buy from this website.

The order took forever. I purchased the Luke Combs Notre Dame shirt. Everything was correct except for stadium it says a stadium that’s in Iowa not South Bend, Indiana even though it says South Bend under it. Ordered the shirts in April received them in June.

I ordered my wife a shirt in a size medium for Memorial Day. 5 weeks later the shirt arrived after Memorial Day from China. It was absolutely to large, equivalent to a men’s exchange. After contacting Customer service they had me jumping through hoops sending multiple pictures stringing me around for two weeks more. In the end they said they didn t take returns. So let this be a warning for those seeking a quality this may not be the place for that. It seems they can not stand behind their products.

Ordered and paid. 2 weeks and still no confirmation email. Emailed them after costumer phone was disconnected and told its still processing but wouldn't refund my money. 3 weeks later 1 of 2 sweatshirts arrived in wrong size and awful quality. All email responses come in middle of night so clearly from over seas. Dont fall for the veteran owned, Colorado company, ect. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! If you have extra money to throw away, donate it or spend on absolutely anything else.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with both the quality of the products I recently received and the poor level of service I have experienced. On April 23, 2026, I purchased two 60th anniversary Star Trek plaques, which were advertised as 3D keepsakes, for $49.95 each. Upon receiving them on May 28, I was extremely disappointed to find that the items were cheaply made. Instead of the expected quality, the acrylic displays contained only a photo of figurines rather than the actual actors. Furthermore, I encountered significant issues with your customer service. The provided phone numbers do not work and automatically disconnect. When I previously messaged my concerns regarding delivery timing for a birthday, I was told the process takes time to ensure a quality product. Given the inferior quality of the items I received, this is clearly not the case. I recommend that consumers should stay away from purchasing anything from this company.

Product sent is not what I ordered, cheap quality does not look like what I ordered. When you try and get a refund, they give you the run around and won't refund you. Do not buy anything from this company. Overpriced, and very cheap poor-quality products does not look even close to what is on the website.

Sent a misrepresented product that was wrong in size and would not refund

I waited aver a month and a half for the product and hated the material they described. Asked for a refund and they said no. Do not order from them
