Tony, I ordered this personalized Mercedes Benz cap on 8/26/2026 for my brother’s 76th birthday. To my dismay, the package was never delivered. When I inquired last Wednesday, 8/23, I was told address was incorrect, wasn’t delivered and to contact post office. since a month had pasted the post office sent back to the sender in China. I sent a message to your help desk asking for a re-do or refund and never received a followup answer.

I bought my daughter a sweatshirt that looked more like a thin shirt with a hood. It was $60. It is suppose to be a med. It looks like an XXXsmal. Does not fit my daughter. I sent two clear pictures of the shirt. And sent it back. They said my pictures are not good enough. They want more pictures with a ruler or tape measure. They keep emailing me to send clear pictures. I keep telling them I already sent the short back. So I have no shirt and lost $60 horrible company

STAY AWAY!! They have a 5 to 7 business day production time and then a 5 to 7 business day delivery time. This long lead time is not specified until after you place your order. For me, It resulted in my not being able to use the product I ordered, because I will be out of the country by the delivery date. I emailed them immediately upon learning of the long lead time (their listed phone number is disconnected) to request expedited shipping or cancellation and the refused my request.

This company sells pirated trademarked merchandise. They used the Graceland logo on cheap terrible shirts and charged nearly twice as much. When I got it a month later, it's a complete terrible knock-off. Graceland should sue them.

This is an absolute TERRIBLE company to deal with. I ordered two shirts that were advertised as Peter Millar shirts. Instead I received two poor quality shirts that had no connection to Peter Millar at all. The delivery time was terrible, the advertising of Peter Millar shirts was fraudulent, the quality of the shirts received was extremely poor and their customer service dept refused to refund me my money. I would NEVER deal with this company again. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

My son wanted some t shirts and a sweatshirt from a particular company. We placed our order, but one shirt and the sweatshirt was out of stock in the size we wanted. I googled them to see if any other websites offered this product. I’ve done this before and had great success finding items. Unfortunately this time Wearanddecor.com was the site that came up first. The pictures were the exact photos from the original website. Same price. Great I thought…. Buyer beware!!! This company does not sell what is advertised. I received a package from China with a shirt and an “sweatshirt” that was of such poor quality and completely different from the picture. I put sweatshirt in quotes because the description states clearly that it is fleece, but what I received was definitely NOT. The seams and hems on both items were crooked and the t-shirt hems were coming undone. The t-shirt neck line is so crooked it won’t lay flat. The they were both supposed to be camo colored. The sweatshirt was a black and orange pattern and the t shirt was a streaked pixelated photo printed or dyed on a t-shirt. It seems that the stole the image off of the other company and “tried” to recreate it. I received the blurry image of what I ordered. I immediately reached out to return both items. This company wanted picture and measurements. Something no other company has ever asked for. I’ve never heard of such a cumbersome process. I submitted everything they asked for, just to be told that the items didn’t qualify for a refund. They offered more items off their website as an alternative. I declined. I don’t want any more junk. I reiterated my request for a refund. We have had back and forth emails. Each time they offer a little increase in the % refunded, but never 100%. Their latest offer now is reverted to picking 2 item off of their website since their “payment system is currently undergoing verification and they are unable to process refunds”. I truly believe this company is a complete fraud out of China. They stole the images from a legitimate company in the US(I know because I actually received items from that company they stole from. Fantastic products. High quality) The products they sent me are garbage. They claim to be made in USA. That is a laughable claim. Their customer service is horrible. This has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. At this point I want to warn as many as possible. I believe I was duped out of my money, and I won’t be getting it back. Spread the word… Wearanddecore.com is horrible company. Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star. They don’t deserve any.

Fake fraud foreign.. i ordered an itzn and i am leaving for 60 days. They advised as sent to print cant cancel..emails..phone calls do wonders..do not buy

Your customer service is not my very simple problem. I bought 2 golf shirts size large that fit like a medium. It’s a very simple process …return and refund my money as your shirt size is inaccurate. Instead I’m being to suit pictures of the shirts….why? It makes no sense as that tells you nothing. Anyway, if it’s not resolved by early next week I’m contacting my credit card company.
