I’m echoing the same sentiments many other reviewers are saying. I found a shirt for my son that is a more hard to find item and I was immediately drawn to the “veteran owned and US based” advertising. I felt like it was a solid format and trustworthy. I’m finding that not to be the case. I ordered the shirt on 2/19/26 and I still haven’t received my item. My dealings with customer service have been a real let down as I’ve been continually met with a bit of arrogance, with most of their replies starting with “besides….” I feel my concerns are never addressed and I’m not sure if it’s poor translating or just plain rudeness. I do feel a bit duped at this point and unless you want to feel like a sucker too, I’d stay far away from this seller. Just received my order and it’s terrible. Cheap polyester material and the print is reversed as to what was advertised. Pretty upset! Poor quality and just a scam. Stay away.

Terrible! False advertising. Shady! Would never recommend. Will never work with again.

Received low-quality products, extreme discrepancies between items received and online photos (thin, synthetic materials advertised as knit sweater), and uncooperative customer service regarding returns and refunds. The item received was horrible and customer service refused to allow a return and refund.

This company’s marketing is a clear case of false advertising. While their website promises "high-quality materials" and "long-lasting prints that won't flake," what I received was cheap, thin, and sticky vinyl. It is honestly shocking that a professional company would ship products this bad at such a high price point. To make matters worse, shipping took much longer than quoted, and I had to personally follow up just to get my order. When I raised these concerns, they offered a measly 15% discount and claimed the items were "exactly as described". This is a misleading business approach—save your money and shop elsewhere.

I feel like such a sucker for spending one dollar at this company. I ordered 4 St Patrick Day pillow covers that looked like appliqué on brushed cotton quilted fabric. It took 4 weeks to receive and only after notifying the credit card company. When received they looked like a child put together fabric photos on quilt material. They required photos of flaws as well as photos of packaging???? Dissatisfaction doesn’t qualify for refund. STARVE this company OUT OF BUSINESS!

This company is a scam. What I ordered and what I got to totally different things. What I ordered was a lifelike, 3D, 20" , dachshund plushie. What I got was a flat 12 inch zippered piece of fabric that I had the stuff myself. I definitely got scammed!

This company is a total fraud!! The quality was extremely poor! The material is NOT sweatshirt material! The print was defective!! Mine had BLACK ink marks in the White areas! DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURE ON WEBSITE!! They would NOT refund my money!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Purchased a "3D" dinosaur blanket which was advertised as "3D". It is a FLAT quilted blanket that is in NO WAY 3D. It is FALSE ADVERTISING & MISLEADING. When I asked for a refund they REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND saying it was exactly as advertised & IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR WHAT THEY ADVERTISED. So I am stuck with a blanket I don't want and OUT the $80.00 I paid for a FAKE 3D DINOSAUR BLANKET.
