They advertise with brands like Peter Millar and send cheap products that don’t match the ad. I’ve been battling with them for a month. I wish Peter Millar corporate would serve a Cease and Desist to them.

I recently purchased a sweatshirt from Wear & Decor, expecting a comfortable, well-fitting piece based on their sizing chart. What I received was an absolute disaster—a sweatshirt that was two full sizes too big. It looked like I was swimming in fabric, with sleeves that hung past my fingertips and a hem that reached mid-thigh. This wasn't a minor fit issue; it was comically oversized and completely unwearable. When I contacted their customer service to request an exchange or refund, I was met with nothing but frustration and bureaucracy. Instead of making it right, they demanded I jump through hoops: I had to send four separate pictures showing a tape measure and detailed measurements of the garment. Who has time for that kind of nonsense just to prove an obvious sizing error on their end? It felt invasive, distrustful, and unnecessarily complicated for what should have been a simple return process. After all that effort, their "solution" was pathetic—an offer of a 20% discount on my next order. No exchange, no refund, no apology. Just a weak incentive to give them more of my money despite their mistake. As if I'd ever trust them with another purchase after this experience! Wear & Decor has proven to be extremely hard to do business with. Their poor quality control on sizing, combined with terrible customer service that treats paying customers like suspects, makes the whole process exhausting. I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere—there are plenty of better brands out there that actually stand behind their products and make returns/refunds straightforward. Not even a one star! Productive was cheap and took almost a month once ordered. I could of made this at home If I would have known it was just a cheap iron on that looks like it will wash off the first time you wash it. Don’t waste your time or money on this horrible site. Everything made to order that would probably take 5 minutes to iron on at home. And return policy is nil!

If I could give it zero! This so called company is a total scam. They take your money and never deliver your items. They also refuse to refund and they don’t answer emails or phone calls.

I wish you had a 0 star. This piece of synthetic junk they shipped is the worst product I’ve ever purchased. It’s so bad that I will return it at my cost because they are so dishonest they won’t accept a return. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t shop with this company.

Shame on me, for not reading the Wear and Décor reviews before ordering 10 shirts for St. Patrick’s day, 22 days before. I placed the order on February 23rd, and they arrived 23 days later on March 18th , needless to say, they missed the date by 1 day. They never sent me shipping /tracking information which they say will be sent when the order ships, nothing. When I reached out 8 days before, on 3/8 to see if I could expedite the shipment, they said it was too late to expedite. They quote 5-7 days shipping, and it took more than 8, since I have to assume the reason they couldn’t expedite was, it was in-transit. Everything about this supplier was wrong. We ordered both men’s and women’s, absolutely no difference, and it doesn’t match their website photo’s. If I could rate them a zero, I would, but 1 star is the lowest I could go. DO NOT ORDER FROM WEAR AND DÉCOR, they are SCAM ARTISTS.

SCAM!! Yes these t-shirt were custom made. Clearly not in USA. Shirt came out faded and material not even close. They will not refund you. They make up excuses even after you send pictures and point out the problem. The company is fake- even the US address they provide. Hoping my credit card will dispute charge.
