Awful experience. Bad product, material and design. It's so cheap that they won't even take their own returns. DEFINITELY STAY FAR AWAY!

Ordered the Gap x Katseye Daniela Hoodie from Wear and Decor on. Listing showed official collab design, thick cotton fleece, and accurate sizing. What I received was thin, rough fabric with misaligned print and loose stitching around the cuff. I contacted Wear and Decor on asking for a return/refund. They refused,and didn’t provide a return label. I Would not recommend buying from this seller if you want the actual product or customer support.

Buyer BEWARE. False advertisement..... wife bought for my birthday. A month early. And unaware of the poor quality.

Their return policy across the pages on their website is inconsistent and when I reached out for a refund after receiving a product that was poor quality and did not match the item description fully they refused to give a refund. When communicating with customer service they would only respond once a day and were dismissive and unprofessional when I provided screenshots of not only the poor product I received but of their website pages having different verbiage about their return policy. The “best” they could do was offer a 10% refund. I wish I looked up reviews on this company before I placed an order so I could have not only saved my money but also mot waste my time communicating with someone who most definitely should be working in customer service.

Horrible. this shop is a scam. they promise a product and then ship something very different, no return policy. Terrible communication, do not buy here.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered I ordered a women’s oversized boxy t shirt along with a regular men’s t shirt and the women’s t is the same cut as the men’s regular t and when I emailed them they said that was “matches” the description. Horrible customer service. The quality of the printing is also so horrible. I have no doubt after a wash it will all come off. Such a waste!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHYSTERS! I ordered a women's size large Venezuelan baseball Jersey. I recieved a Big Mans size 3XL Jersey of the cheapest, poor lettering material ever. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to take 4/5 pics with a tape measure to show scale, it was 40" wide and 36"long, after doing all this they said the Jersey was a unisex so it should have fit so it couldn't be returned or money refunded. Terrible Company Avoid at All Costs!!
