BUYER BEWARE! Received the wrong size from my order. Customer service was dismissive and not help at all. They told me sales were final. With a lot of other companies operating in this space, if you can get the design you like from another company, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Well I really like the design of the shirt but took a very time to receive the product.

What has happened to customer service in this industry?? Firstly, I don't see the size chart when I view my item? Maybe you can explain where it is. Secondly, even though this item is "custom made", you can't tell me that someone else isn't going to order a large? And tou could sell to them? $50 is alot of money for a sweatshirt that doesn't fit me. I won't be ordering a second one at a discount. In fact I will be telling others about my experience as not being able to exchange an item due to size is ridiculous. I would strongly suggest to Walter that he review his return policy. I have never heard of such a thing!
