Opened an account and reached out to support for assistance following. Had funds I deposited into my account that I needed assistance with, was emailed that they would not support my account after funds had already been deposited and was told not to reach out again. A month and a half later my funds have not been returned and yet they continue to send promotional emails. I finally got ahold of support in which they immediately said not to call back. They hadn’t even verified my information or my name to even know whom I was. Very irritated and disappointed in this company. The lack of support, the lack of communication, and lack of access to managers to get any sort of clarity is saddening.

I recently closed my Wealthfront high‑yield savings account after learning the APY bump was only temporary. Beyond that disappointment, the service itself was frustrating. My deposits routinely took nearly a week to post money withdrawn on a Friday wouldn’t show up until the following Thursday, meaning I earned no interest during that entire delay. When I called for help, I spoke with two different representatives who were abrupt, dismissive, and unwilling to assist. I was told I couldn’t speak with a supervisor and that I had to close the account myself through the app, even though the app wouldn’t allow it until my pending deposits finalized. The whole experience felt condescending and unhelpful. I would not do business with Wealthfront again, especially given the lack of support and the inability to reach a supervisor when issues arise.

Zero stars. Service for debit cards is Green Dot bank. Constantly declines normal charges like automatic payments for insurance and utilities and everything I try to use it for on line. The process to try and get a charge approved is maddening, long, drawn out, multiple verification of info until you're ready to scream, all at the mercy of some Indian who you can barely understand. I can't despise them enough. Avoid at all costs.

wish I could give this zero stars. This bank is continuously blocking my transactions, even after calling & them confirming any blocks have been lifted- when I try again I encounter the same issue. There was one time I was trying to make a simple $5 transaction to update my address. I had already stopped keeping money in this account & anything that got deposited to it I would transfer to my CashApp. But for government websites you can't use "prepaid cards" like CashApp, PayPal, etc. So I transferred the amount needed to my bank but the transaction declined due to not enough funds? I check my bank & it's doing this processing song & dance where funds can't catch up. So I transfer double the amount, then quadruple & still same song & dance. Eventually, I gave up & had to ask someone else to make the payment- so embarrassing. Meanwhile, I've got $40 in limbo that I can't use or transfer until the bank catches up. Then, I had to order a new CashApp card so I was stuck transferring my funds back to this bank. I had to pay for a parking ticket and it kept declining my card bc it said the billing address was incorrect. This has happened with several diff merchants where my card gets declined bc the billing address or zip code is incorrect. Despite checking my account & confirming the correct address in on file & calling the bank itself to address the issue, they deny any problem on their end w/ declined transactions or an issue w/ the billing address & the deflect & try to say it's a merchant issue when it's not a single merchant that is declining it for this exact reason. I called & complained & demanded to speak to a supervisor bc at this point I'm going to lose my license over a parking ticket I can't pay bc my bank is incompetent. They say they can make a request but don't know how long it will take but changed their tune when I said I was writing this review-suddenly I'm being transferred but within 2 min. of my call talking to the supervisor he hung up on me.

Honestly I was very hopeful with this bank until I decided to buy a property and needed to wire money. The bank held my money hostage and wouldn't wire to the title company. I couldn't speak to any supervisor bc it's a small bank. Everything has to be via email. They wouldn't even let me transfer my money to one of my outside banks bc the account wsa under a trsut and not personal name. Very unprofessional staff and when I told them I would likley close my account they said "Fine". Bank that hold your money hostage

Same situation with me. I opened an account and within a week I have been locked out. I’ve tried reaching out and got a notice saying they are closing my account. I can’t logon to delete my account information and I kept getting notices saying my transfer of money has been denied. I called their number and a lady named Claire answered and asked for my info said my account was closed and hung up. I tried to called back and my number kept getting forwarded to voicemail. I called from another number and the same lady answered. She told me she didn’t have to explain anything since my account was being closed and Ishould get my money back and hung up again. Your money is not safe here!!
