I never received my magazine
I never received my magazine I have already written 4 times and each time you replied to wait even though my package is still ´En route to DHL’ since September 20. It’s certain that my package is lost but no action is taken. I have just received my package, they send another whit a new tracking number so after that it wasn’t long to receive it. Thanks

Very disappointed with WDW Magazine
Very disappointed with WDW Magazine. I contacted them to cancel my subscription then was charged today for another year subscription. They are telling me that I didn't ask them to cancel my subscription. They don't seem to care of their customers. I cancelled due to not having enough money to keep receiving their magazine another year. Apparently they do not care. As soon as they auto-renewed without my consent, they said sorry but we will not refund your account. I guess those struggling with funds right now don't matter to them. Added after reply from WDW Magazine: I DID email to cancel my subscription 2 weeks before my autorenewal. However the person I contacted after being re-billed stated it was never received. They had all other emails from me for this issue EXCEPT the cancellation. How interesting that they had everything except the one email where I cancelled ON TIME!!!

We are always more than happy to assist customers and cancel your subscription any time before your next automatic renewal, as we understand times are tough. We also inform all customers that this is an automatic renewing subscription on the check-out page when you purchased the subscription, in a Welcome Email, and in our Terms of Service and that it must be cancelled at least one day prior to renewal to avoid an additional charge. I'm sorry, we did not receive a cancellation request from you prior to your automatic renewal.

My subscription to the WDW Magazine
My subscription to the WDW Magazine was cancelled without my authorization. I tried to have you reinstate it but you told me you didn't have my address. That is ridiculous considering you have sent those magazines to me for over two years. I'm very disappointed in you.

We're sorry you were displeased with our services. We are always more than happy to assist customers. In the emails we sent you, we expressed that the reason your subscription was canceled was because the credit card on file didn't go through and after 5 attempts your subscription is automatically canceled by our system. As you can see from those emails, we never mentioned not having your address on file.

Unable to contact WDW magazine.
I have been trying to contact this magazine and have been unsuccessful. I no longer want to receive this magazine nor do I want my credit card charged!!!!! Please tell WDW to make their website more usable and to contact me immediately!!!!!

I loved this magazine, however, I will never purchase anything from them again. Be absolutely certain before you provide a credit card as they will add on shipping fees that exceed the cost of back issues and they will automatically renew even if you don't receive the notification they send to another person's email address. They are unwilling to bend their policies.

In regard to the reminder email, we always send those to the email address that is associated with the account. As with most companies, the shipping cost is added to your shopping cart before you finish the check-out process.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This non Disney sanctioned periodical is on auto renewal. A short time prior to your auto renewal date they will send you a benign warning email to notify you of the renewal. HOWEVER they do not provide you with the date of renewal. If you are a subscriber you know they bombard you with daily emails. This is a tactic used by less than reputable companies to establish “email fatigue”. So when you receive the auto renewal it looks just like another one of their mass emails. On the day of auto renewal I received a different looking email as notification. I immediately responded to cancel my subscription. Their response is that I will receive my last issue in February of 2023. I tried to no avail with several emails to WDW and my credit card company to cancel this subscription. A $96 “stupid tax”. BTW it is a very biased magazine.

Buyer beware.
Scam. Buyer beware. This magazine auto-renews and they don't let you know if have opted out of their emails. There is a lot of legal word-soup they will throw at you if you question the charges. Nice magazine but unethical renewal practices.
