I was expecting a physical magazine, not a online subscription.
Response from WDW MagazineApr 29, 2026
Hello Michael, upon reviewing your order, I can confirm that you purchased the print edition of DLR Magazine. As the order was placed on January 16th, the corresponding physical issue is scheduled for delivery in May.

I believe this is something that needs to be said and reviewed, I am an active subscriber to the WDW and DLR magazine since Day 1 print and was looking forward to the DCL magazine launch but $60-70 for a 2 magazine annual subscription is WILD!! $30 for just 1 magazine is outrageous. I see they are trying to justify the price by adding a wall calendar and something with an App but we want just the magazines at a fair and decent price. Sadly to say even after being apart of the DCL test bed customers, I will pass on this magazine due to extremely high price.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being such a long‑time supporter of our magazines. We understand your concerns about pricing, especially if you’re mainly interested in the magazine itself. Our Premium Annual option includes an extra like the calendar, but our Semi‑Annual Print Membership offers the magazines without add‑ons at a lower price, which may be closer to what you’re looking for. We truly appreciate your perspective and have shared your comments with our team as we continue reviewing our offerings. Thank you again for being part of our community.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we're really sorry your calendar hasn’t arrived yet. It has shipped, but it appears to be delayed in transit with USPS. We're actively looking into it and understand how frustrating this must be. If it hasn’t arrived by December 1st, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. We also appreciate your feedback about the emails and will work on making our communication more relevant. Thanks again for your patience—we’re here if you have any questions.

Really unhappy. PreOrdered calendar. Not cheap. After waiting weeks while receiving tons of junk email advertising the other products this company sells- I have been advised that it will be delivered months later by extremely slow delivery (ordered in September, promised by October- to be delivered “sometime in November- let us know if not received by December”). Wtaf? Would love to cancel at this point- but it’s being “shipped” so I am stuck So sorry I ever ordered this. If it ever comes- too late to use as a planner.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We understand how disappointing it is to preorder a calendar—especially one meant to help you plan ahead—only to face unexpected shipping issues. Your calendar was shipped on October 9th, and we’re actively investigating why it appears to be stalled in transit. We know this isn’t the experience you were hoping for, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience. While we’re unable to cancel the order once it’s shipped, we’re committed to making this right. If your calendar hasn’t arrived by December 1st, please let us know and we’ll explore next steps, including a possible refund or replacement. We truly appreciate your patience and your honest feedback—it helps us improve. If there’s anything else we can do to support you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
