I received my tracking number and tried to use it. I was sent to some kind of generic tracking company who did not claim to have any idea what the number was and told to "contact your platform." Sent messages to WBTee Prints and they have not bothered to reply.

Received half of my order. The company would not honor the other half. No refund, no shirt. VERY disappointed!

Bought largest size and still small. I went big just in case. Material cheap and graphic poorly done. Im sick about it. Took almost a month to get it.

The shirts came. One shirt had a discoloration on the front that looks like a bleach or chemical stain. I placed three different claims, emailed customer service twice. I just received my second denial. The first one read that my entire order hadn’t arrived yet. It was like they didn’t even read that one item is damaged. The second one was denied as well and requested that I fill out yet another claim if I still have an issue with this order. Do NOT order from this site. Poor response to issues.

Ordered a half dozen shirts in different sizes and colors for a trip we have coming up this month. Ordered them on November 4th and have only received 4 of the 6 shirts. I cannot get their customer service site to tell me when I can expect the other 2 shirts as they are still in the processing mode. Have tried several times over the past week to get a clear answer and I just get the same email over and over with the tracking numbers for the first 2 shipments I've received and no information about the 2 shirts I have not received. Very disappointing and frustrating. I will not be using this site again.

Says item was delivered but not received. Spent over $50 for nothing. Even attempted to Facebook message them with no response. Very upsetting

I ordered 2 "Father and Son Best Friends For Life" autism tshirts, one for my autistic son and one for my husband. We were so excited when they arrived!, but then I opened the package. One of the shirts wasn't what I ordered, it was a different shirt. Been trying to contact them, but haven't gotten thru to them yet. Been calling and the line is always busy and they still haven't opened the message I sent in FB Messenger. 🤷♀️
