Ordered a top and still not arrived. Took ages to get a reply. Went through PayPal so I flagged it as jot received. I was then told they were not printing the top as I had flagged it as not received... I escalated on PayPal and received an email saying I'd get 50% return of money and top if I cancelled this escalation. Not happy with this as if I do this I'm not guaranteed money or top. It was to celebrate having surgery for cancer and to be cancer free... poor customer service and I have no trust in them
