Ian the rep is amazing! Service is great!

Great products and amazing service!!

From the first contact and self-made mock paper on their website, to ordering, payment, customer service, delivery... EVERYTHING was fantastic! They are my new "go to".

We recently ordered greaseproof paper and there was a mix-up with our order, we received parchment paper instead. I was prepared for a complicated resolution, but the company’s customer service was outstanding. Robin took full responsibility, corrected the mistake immediately, and within five days, we had the correct greaseproof paper in hand. Initial teething problems aside, It was a smooth, hassle-free experience, and I really appreciate their great customer service. Kudos to Robin and the team!

This company is great! They went out of their way to help us with our custom print job and were even able to put an adhesive strip along one edge with a peel and stick backing. Everything came out looking great and was delivered on time.

Got a quick response with a good price. The product shipped right away on good quality paper.

Super easy to work with, fast and accommodating. I would not think twice about returning for more.Ian was exceptional.

Great experience in working with Ian...service was fast and efficient, and the products that were produced were high quality. Highly recommend!
