Not Recommended due to Improfessionalism
Spadasoft is a Pakistani firm based near Quaid e azam industrial area kotlakhpat led by group of incompetent and ignorant managers. HR zainab has shown less compassion, pathetic problem solving and baseless recruitment practices. I as a potential candidate kept on asking for a feedback in either case but she and others kept on spinning I don't know why. A simple rejection or a No would have been professional and good. But making lame excuses of HR being on sick leaves for almost 3 months without having a replacement employee is a clear indication of toxic work culture. They can't tell the truth and keep on dragging candidates through their useless hiring procedure. Not Recommended a
