My husband signed me up to use the free training. I didn't realize it was a subscription I needed to cancel. Never even used it, forgot I had it, and emailed the company the same day that it charged me my renewal fee. I kindly asked for an exception and a refund, making it clear that I never used the services. Never even got a response from the company and I'm out $59.99 for something I never even used.
