Please never use this company! At first they seemed awesome, Alex got in contact with me right away and offered me a great price. But that's where it all went downhill. First they told me a driver was going to pick my car up on Tuesday, never came. I had to message them to find out why, and they said the driver had some transmission issue. Then the next day they told me "the driver is 50 miles away but the DOT stopped them and wouldn't let them go". So then Alex then tells me the next day they had to cancel the driver and had to find another one. That was all fine but then they asked for more money because it was a ASAP job! They will hit you with this- "the driver wanted 500 more dollars, but I negotiated with them and got it dropped to 250, but I know this is our fault so all we are going to ask you to pay is 100 extra more dollars." But hey, 100 more dollars after all this? it was about the same price as the other companies! So then they pick it up on Friday. They tell "for sure" it is going to be delivered on Sunday, so I spend all day Sunday waiting only for no one to show up or even call! Then on Monday again I have to be the one to call them and ask where is my car. They tell me it will be there "sometime before noon." I do get my car at like 11:30. But this is where the spam calling starts. Alex then calls me to check up on the vehicle which was nice but insists i write a review. Now I wasn't even going to write this review because if you dont have anything nice to say, just dont say it. It is Wednesday night and since Monday I have had 8 calls and 10 texts begging for a review, like they knew it was going to be all praise! TLDR they will underbid , make up fake scenarios, jack up the price, leave you with no information, and then pester you till you leave a review. thanks again Alex

Warning!!!!! Summary - They drew me in with a low quote, then kept pushing the pickup date back while offering much higher prices if I wanted the car moved sooner. When I said I might consider proceeding the next day only if the COD was $1,000 or less, they went ahead and dispatched a carrier at $1,200 without my approval. After that, I was told that if I refused to proceed, I could be charged a cancellation fee for a dispatch I never authorized. Management later promised me a $200 reimbursement and repeatedly asked me to update my review, but once I asked them to actually process the payment, they stopped responding. Management also told me in writing that Zack had been terminated, yet I continued receiving messages from Zack afterward, which raised further questions about the accuracy of that representation. UPDATE – October 12, 2026: After my original review, Wavex management contacted me directly, investigated the matter, and informed me in writing that the employee involved had been terminated. Management also explicitly agreed in writing to provide me with a $200 reimbursement and asked me to provide the information needed to process the payment. However, after agreeing to the reimbursement, management stopped responding. I have followed up multiple times, including providing a final deadline for confirmation of the payment, but as of October 12, I have received neither the promised $200 nor a response regarding its processing. Also the employee keep messaging me actively about asking if i need any moving haha… Original text - I was originally quoted $1,150 total ($300 booking fee + $850 COD) with a scheduled pickup. The assigned driver failed to pick up the vehicle, and after that I received a series of conflicting and misleading statements from Wavex. Most concerning, their representative explicitly told me in writing that “We are a carrier company, not a broker” and made representations about drivers operating under Wavex’s authority. When I started asking for the actual carrier’s legal name, USDOT/MC numbers, and clarification of Wavex’s operating status, the explanations changed. The pricing and dispatch process was equally troubling. I explicitly stated that I would only accept the next-day option if it was $1,000 COD or less. Instead, they dispatched a $1,200 COD carrier without getting my approval. When I rejected that price, I was then told that cancelling the dispatch could result in a $200 cancellation charge. In other words, I was put in a position where I felt pressured to accept a substantially higher price for a dispatch I had never authorized. I was also previously told that an October 2 pickup was being arranged at my originally agreed $1,150 total price, only to later be told that there was no confirmed price for that option and it could cost more. I have the emails documenting these statements and the entire sequence of events. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective customers get the actual carrier information, final all-in price, pickup commitment, cancellation terms, and Wavex’s role in the transaction in writing before paying any booking fee.

Could not advise against more. Worked with Ryan Cherkie, had to fight against price changes after contractual agreement. Broker "Wavex Logistics" did not pay driver on time. Communication is very poor and does not reflect understanding of situations. Broker did not communicate needs for port documentation to driver resulting in added work on customer side. I feel like I spent more time working on this than Wavex did.

Do not contract with Harry Thomson and Wavex logistics, bait and switch, givea low bid for one reason or another why they can not pickup on schedule, then want to charge more.my bid was 1365 one later over 2100. .only reason for 1 star is they did anserw the phone

Did my car get to the destination - yes. Was it a nightmare process - yes. The original quote was for $1,200, but after three days, the driver never showed up. Then I was told another driver could pick it up the next day for $1,800, and the company would take care $400 for the trouble. Well, that driver came a day late, and when my car finally got to Arizona, the driver demanded $1,500, and my $200 down payment turned into an "insurance fee."

Used their service and it was a big mistake, told me that transportation will cost $550 and it ended up $1050. Communication was super bad, iI didn't know where my car is for 2 days. Nightmare

Based on my experience, I completely lost trust in this company and seriously question whether it operates like a legitimate auto-transport business. I was quoted approximately **$750**, paid about **$160 upfront**, and my car was never picked up. Afterward, the price suddenly increased to approximately **$1,300–$1,500**. When I requested my money back, one of their representatives told me that **a refund was not possible**. Only after I told them I was considering legal action did they offer me **$75 as a “gesture of goodwill.”** Even more concerning, I then received **multiple messages asking me to remove my Trustpilot review if I wanted my money back**. I have evidence of these communications. Now their manager has publicly responded saying they always provide an immediate refund when a customer is unhappy. That is simply **not consistent with what their own team told me privately**. The most disturbing part was that Wavex gave me a phone number supposedly belonging to the “driver” and told me that driver had been in an accident. Later, I called the same number from another phone, and the person answered identifying themselves as **Wavex Logistics**. I also investigated their listed address and found what appears to be a **residential property rather than an obvious logistics company or commercial office**. Ultimately, they did not voluntarily return my money. I had to **dispute the charge with my credit card company** to recover it. Asking a customer to remove a negative review in exchange for returning their money is not something I consider trustworthy. Based on everything that happened, I strongly recommend that consumers **avoid Wavex Logistics and be extremely careful before sending them any money.**

""""""The WORST company"""" to work with.. they the worst.. they cook up end to end by quoting very low, later saying driver not available and finally hijacking prices to ship with the same driver who was initially supposed to take for low. If you want piece of mind, you wont go with this company. Initial quote was $1100 and finally they charged $2100 to ship the car. Response to the manager Trevor: it’s hopeless to hear from your company that “we can’t ship your car” 12 hours before my flight takeoff, that’s absolutely unacceptable especially with my new born in hand. I was on calls all day with your company while working on moving my stuff. It was the WORST experncw of my life. You guys never offered any refund instead just blamed the driver backingout..if the driver backs out,you should help fine replacement and not say "we cannot ship" 12 hours before customer flying out, leaving me with no option than to pay twice the quoted$$$ It’s not just my review, most of the reviews you read have similar issues, first they they quote really cheap (which itself is a red flag), then driver details aren’t shared until asked, then driver meets with an accident or police incident or some cooked up story and finally they offer some other driver at double the initially quoted price.. all this SCAM is to just game the customers and get their $$$$$$ they don’t give a DAMN about customers and their experience “BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY, PLZ READ ALL REVIEWS ON YELP, REDDIT, GOOGLE.. U WILL KNOW THE REALITY OF THIS COMPANY””
