It was sooo complicated and the the eSIM wasn’t work in Athens and Canada.

Hi, we're sorry you had a bad experience. The package you purchased works in both Greece and Canada. We recommend that when you switch countries, you put the phone in airplane mode for about 30 seconds if it doesn't connect to the network. In the eSIM settings on your phone, you can manually select the network — to find out which networks you can access, check the Wavee app for detailed coverage of countries and available networks.
