watchuwant.comReviews of watchuwant.com

I was very happy to find the rare timepiece, and happier that it was available from a reputable vendor with all the proper documentation and packaging. I was apprehensive about having the item shipped internationally but David explained the process and I was thrilled to have it delivered to my home in such a short time. David was very conscientious about following up via email and international long distance calls before I made the purchase, while the item was in transit, and after I received it. For a timepiece that is nearly 8 years old, it was flawless and exactly as described. Flawless is a good word to describe the entire purchasing process from Watch U Want.

Dealing with watchuwant.com was a perfect watch-buying experience. From first contact to receipt of merchandise, everything went quickly and without a hitch. I would definitely buy from them again.

I have bought a clock and it has come to me as it was indicated. Good idea her of sending both parts separately.

From the beginning it was good. CQ answered all my questions and worked with me. Once I bought the watch, it was sent so I would receive it the following day. The watch is exactly as described. Can't wait to purchase my next timepiece from watchuwant.com.

Hi I have traded one of my watches with wuw , mr.randy he was so pro fast answering email and fast shipment the watch was clean and nice as new and as described in website . It was a very good experience dealing with these guys and I recommend wuw to anyone who got interest in watches .

I have been in the market for a used Breitling Old Navitimer II for a little while now. I located one with watchuwant and sent off a email inquiry Sunday morning. On Sunday evening Peter Bell called me at my house. Kinda hard to believe a salesman would be calling on a Sunday, so that says a lot about him and his this company. He spent some time talking with me and I ended up making a deal on the watch that evening. The next day I went to the bank and wired the money over and the next day the watch was at my house. There ended up being a slight problem with the Chronograph feature of the watch so I contacted Peter and he sent me another shipping label and it went back that day. The next day his watchmaker got it fixed (seemed something came loose probably from getting bumped in shipping) and the watch was sent back to me 2 days later. His watchmaker wanted to keep it a extra day to make sure everything checked out after it was fixed which I had no issues with. So it was a unfortunate circumstance for us both but I cant say enough about a company that goes the extra mile after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another watch from Peter or watchuwant. Thanks again, Jim

Buying a watch on-line can certainly bring some apprehension but these guys at WatchUWant.com will treat you well and eliminate any fears!! The Daytona was EXACTLY as described and they shipped within hours of my order so it arrived that next morning. In summary, I received a BEAUTIFUL AUTHENTIC watch at a good price which was delivered as quickly as possible with a money back guarantee. What more could be desired of an Internet based business? YES, I will do business with them again and have actually purchased another watch.

I loved my experience David was professional and kept his word right through the entire transaction. He has won my trust.
