Fast delivery and authentic watch. They listened to their customer and try to resolve any concerns promptly.

Watch U Want has consistently delivered on exactly what they promise. I've been using them for almost 7 years now and whether it be selling, trading or purchasing watches they've come through each and every time. I've bought and sold over 15 watches and will continue to buy, sell and trade with them

I recently completed several transactions with David S. - the purchase of a PAM 339 and PAM 508, and sale of a JLC World Chronograph. I was treated fairly on all ends of the deals and am very satisfied with the transactions. I look at the new watches on the website all the time and am sure I will be doing more deals with WatchUWant!

WatchUWant have been excellent to deal with - they responded extremely fast to any inquiries, and were sure to provide a detailed and professional response. My order was shipped quickly and they go to great lengths to ensure the customer is happy. Michael was great to deal with!

WatchUWant was great to deal with. I emailed them late the nigh before and I was contacted immediately the next day. The watch I bought was considered used but I can see zero signs of wear and it looks brand new to me. I have visited the site many times but this is my first purchase. It was great to see that their quality merchandise was supported by quality service. Lastly Lenny was great to work with. He responded quickly to all my questions and followed up constantly until the watch arrived at my house. I have no doubt I will by from Lenny and watchuwant again.

I purchased two watches in the recent past, a Panerai and a Rolex. I had the pleasure of working with Tom. It was late in the west coast, so even later in the east coast. Tom took me through the process promptly and professionally, and the watches were overnighted very promptly. Highly recommend Watchuwant!
