Poor Service
The dial I ordered looked nice. However, poor service and unprofessional. Gave me back a cheap scratched and chipped crystal on my Rolex and told me I shipped it to them that way. Argued with me via email about me accusing them of stealing my original Rolex crystal, even though I sent them pictures of what my watched looked like before and after I sent to them. Would not recommend to use them at all. No customer service skills. I wish more people would post honest reviews so someone like me knows not to use them. Rolex owners don't need to scam a merchant. They just expect honest service, which I didn't get. Now I have to go get it replaced at a place like Tourneau. They blame me for trying to extort them. I have the chain of emails where I tried to be nice and asked them to pay for shipping to get fixed. He tried to BS me and wanted to pay me $35 for a crystal when my original Rolex costs much more than that. I would have let them fix it but after I saw his emails basically denying any responsibility, and trying to blame me, I no longer trust them with my Rolex. STAY AWAY.
I don't need respect from a company I paid for a service. I expect what was paid for. This is not a partnership, I was a paying customer. I don't need to respect you at all since I am giving you my money. Instead of taking care of the problem right away, you sent me 3 emails blaming me. If it was done right to begin with, you would have heard nothing from me, but maybe more emails placing more orders. I can spend my money elsewhere to get this fixed. You lost me as a customer and anyone else that reads this. From your response people can tell your integrity is questionable. Thank you for the last offer, however I have enough evidence to prove to the credit card company my dispute.

Respect is not something you can demand - it is something you get when you respect others. I did offer you to replace your crystal at no cost to you (I simply forgot to replace your old crystal, when I had your watch; and it was entirely my fault). But you have decided to accuse me of stealing your old crystal. This is something that no reasonable person would do - crystal is one of the cheapest parts in Rolex. I had your watch in my possession for 2 days. Don't you think, if I'd want to steal, I would take something more valuable than a $15 part?! In US labor cost if much higher, than the cost of your crystal. Nobody would even entertain such idea!
What we do is based only on trust and mutual respect - we handle very expensive timepieces, most of which cost much more than your Rolex. And we do a great job! However, some people can never be happy, because of their mind set... There is nothing I can do here. I'm sorry, but I am a watch specialist - dealing with feeling and emotions is not the area of my expertize.
Should you want a new crystal, simply let me know - I will take care of your Rolex, despite clearly disrespectful accusation.
