WatchModCustomReviews of watchmodcustom.com

I have purchased several watches from Teddy at WatchModCustom and his attention to detail, customer service and swift processing has been exemplary. His products have also been of the highest quality and excellent value for money. I will co time to purchase timepieces from him. Outstanding service.

It takes about 4 weeks to get your watch from day you order. Amazing customer service. The customization on website is really good. It's limited. There were a few things I was looking for. Like a 22mm metal bracelet for a bezel. Other than that. It's amazing on how many different watches you can come up with. The one I just ordered and received. I was surprised how good it turned out. I already ordered a second one. Planning on ordering a few more. The quality is really good. Thanks WMC for the amazing experience.

I have to admit I was a little nervous ordering a Seiko Mod watch. I’ve been looking at several websites and decided to give Watchmodcustom a try. Ordering was easy, communication was smooth & quick which was a huge plus. I decided on the Bruce Wayne model & I am smiling ear to ear! The craftsmanship is second to none and the watch itself is built with quality material. I’m definitely searching for my next watch with WMC. Rootbeer is on my list. Thank you so much WMC.

I had purchased a custom watch from them about a month ago. 6/23/25. I then asked them if it was possible to get it before a wedding I have to attend. They were prompt and did everything possible to expedite the process. The watch came 3 days before the wedding, and I couldn't be happier. The build quality is excellent and looks great! I would highly recommend these professionals.

I've ordered a custom made watch for my teenager and I couldn't be more happy with this company. The watch itself feels great and looks great, there is no cheapness about it. It's quite the opposite, actually. The watchmaker who made this watch obviously knows his trade well. When I had questions about my order, they were answered very quickly and very respectfully. Their customer service is top notch. To sum up, this company delivers great products and has a very good customer service. I highly recommend it!

I am watch lover and this watch is one of the best watch in my collection. I just bought from this website and its looks amazing, durable and elegant.

I recently ordered my first custom watch from WatchModCustom, and I must say, it fulfilled my expectations in every way. From the moment I placed the order, I could feel the thoughtfulness behind their craft. The build quality is solid and weighty, the aesthetic is clean yet bold, and the attention to detail in engraving was meaningful to me on a personal level. Teddy and Aurélie were warm, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I appreciated the human touch in their communication and the pride they clearly take in their work.

My 3 custom order watches arrived today and I have to say they far exceeded my expectations. These are beautiful watches. Quality is superior. Really special. Communication was fantastic and suggestions from Aurelie improved my requirements. I had some engraving added to the dial of one in rose gold and it looks like a million dollars. These watches look like they cost me much much more than they did and they are custom so I know they are special. I will definitely buy more from the company. Thank you so much.
