The buying experience made it even better. Robertino and Ethan were outstanding to work with. Their communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the watch arrived the very next day, sized perfectly to my wrist and ready to wear. Between the exceptional customer service and an incredible timepiece, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!

Around 1:30 pm, Ethan followed up immediately with pictures and a video of the watch I inquired about. 20 minutes later, I had wiring instructions. The next morning, around 10:30 am, the watch was delivered to my office in Texas. The next day, Ethan called me to insure I was happy with the watch. I bought 3 Rolexes in the last 60 days. This was, by far, the best experience.
