Watchguys were able to get the 3 Rolexes I was looking for and get them shipped the same day. Their prices were the best after shopping around. Nice guys on the phone, easy to work with.

Doing business with WatchGuys was a really good experience. They were able to answer all my questions and made me less nervous about buying a luxury watch on the 2nd hand market.

When considering where to buy my first Rolex, the choice was obvious….Watchguys. I drove from the SF Bay Area to LA and it was well worth it. Leading up to my trip, Watchguys was responsive and texted me back promptly. When I stepped in the store I felt like I was at home and at ease. The genuine nature you see on their “Selling Time” episodes is what you get when you walk in. I was treated with respect and my experience was incredible. I started off with Ethan and was soon assisted by Luis. I was shown a variety of watches with my likes in mind. I wasn’t upsold and was not pressured. At the end of the sale, Robertino came out and they gladly took a photo with me. We even got to chat with Robertino’s dad, who my son said was “jacked!!” For me where money is hard earned, the purchase was easy with the Watchguys. It’s in the little things you might take for granted that made me choose them. Commitment to good customer service, strong inventory, and support of public safety. Luis even gave us a great recommendation for lunch in the area! My son was so pleased with our experience that he wanted to bring pastries back to them. Highly recommend the Watchguys and will be making future purchases with them.
