Robertino Please forgive my unfair review of my recent purchase. Also thank your for the email and personal call. I apologize if I was a bit curt on that call. The watch needed a simple fix, battery as it's a quartz Constellation, and it is a lovely time piece my local watch maker complimented. Just wanted to make this right brother. As a lifelong New Yorker I am naturally inclined to be skeptical so I did extensive due diligence on these Guys and they passed that test. I wired them more than my 1977 salary and waited for my timepiece. It arrived as promised and within 1 hour I found a problem and notified the Merchant, Two phone calls and 3 pictures via text later we came to a resolution. I received the timepiece of my desires today as promised and I love it! I will continue to be a customer and I must commend Luis, Ethan, and Robertino for being no bullshit business men and delivering as promised! Thank you Guys!
