I had a fantastic experience purchasing a watch from WatchGuys! It’s been a dream of mine since high school (37 Years) to own a Rolex dive watch and I’m still in awe when I see it on my wrist. Robert was quick to respond to all my questions, and he even created a custom video of the watch for me. It’s refreshing to see such a customer-focused business, and I would not hesitate to buy another watch from them.

Watch was described as “like new” with box and papers. I discussed verbally if it came with all tags prior to purchase. But it only came with the white tag and not the green Rolex tag. Watch was received in like new condition. When I got a follow up call and was asked about my experience, I relayed my concern about receiving only the white tag and was told that this watch only came with the white sales tag and not the green Rolex tag. I was expecting both - it had been a miscommunication. They then shipped me a green Rolex Hang Tag. Now that is a company that is concerned about customer satisfaction! This was my first Rolex purchase and when I am ready to make my next purchase it will definitely be with Watchguys. Thanks Luis and Roberto!
