Watched111.com had a special model in stock that I could not find anywhere else. The price was very attractive and include free shipping. A week later the watch arrived, exactly as expected.

Hice un pedido el 12 de julio de 2.026 y hoy 2 de septiembre (52 días después) aún no me ha llegado. Y sospecho que no llegará. CTT, la agencia de transporte que usan (después de varias informaciones contradictorias) me ha enviado un mensaje resolviendo el expediente como "pérdida/extravío" pero Watches111 no reclama a la agencia, sigue con mi dinero y yo sin mi reloj. Me he comunicado con watch111 semanalmente por correo desde que hice el pedido y siempre me han contestado con alusivas sobre la agencia de transporte, pero seguimos igual que hace 52 días. FECHA PEDIDO 12 JULIO 2026 Pedido WATCH10689 Orient Star RE-AU0403L IMPORTE 435,00€ (Edito la reseña, sin modificar la inicial) Finalmente me llegó el rembolso 68 días después de haber hecho y pagado el pedido. Me ha costado muchísimo esfuerzo, incluso he tenido que poner personalmente en contacto a la tienda con la agencia de reparto para conseguir el rembolso. ¿Es watches111 fiable? Sí ¿Tendría watches111 que supervisar y atender las entregas muchísimo mejor? Obviamente es su talón de Aquiles. Saludos.

I ordered a Seiko Astron that I was looking for for quite some time. Found it on Watches111 and received it today. As is, out of the box, the watch fits mij 16,8 cm wrist barely but......no spare links what so ever. Seiko does not sell or supply watches with bracelets this short as a standard. Watches111 replies that that is the case with Seiko, yeah right. At further inspection there are clear marks of wear on the clasp, inside and outside. Don't trus this seller, he sells used watches as if they were new. There ar much better options, just dont order at Watches111. They are also know as Open Watch, so beware!

SAV incompétent

They have a presence on Chrono24, under a different seller name (OPENWATCH WEB S.L., with an address in Spain). They are a scammer. Sold me an old Orient Watch which they stated was ex-factory in 2026, but the fact is production of the watch model ceased in 2020. Since it is an automatic watch, I could not accept it because such an old watch that hasn't been touched (even if it was 'new in a box') would require extensive services before it could be worn.

Very Nice watches, nice price ! I thought something went wrong with my order. I contacted them by mail. They answered within a few minuten. They told me my watch is on it’s way. A few hours later the watch arrived. So all in all, Nice prices , wonderfull watches. And a Good costumer service!
