I was skeptical when I found the same Michele watch on Nordstrom for 31% less plus no sale tax. I did my research and know that these guys had been around over a decade so I was confident enough to buy my wife Christmas present. I got an email back from Marc, saying he will do his best to get it there on time. I received it two days before Christmas. My wife love her watch and I loved the saving. I was able to purchase it at a discounted price compared to retail too!!! The watch arrived in Italy as scheduled, Marc again was very helpful to explain and help me clear my doubts about how customs work as this was my first international order. The watch was shipped in a big box surrounded by air cushions, one of the best packagings I've seen ever! Also the inside of the watch box was packed with a different type of cushions to keep the watch in position. Courier proof.
