Watches SwissReviews of watches-swiss.com

Incredibly smooth and satisfying buying experience - at first I must admit I was a bit skeptical dealing with Watches-Swiss but Marc was incredibly professional all along and great to work with. Impeccable all through the entire buying process, great communications and assurance I would be getting what I wanted ... WHICH I DID! Would highly recommend!

I was searching for a new Longines Legend Diver(LLD) 39mm and located one on the Watches-Swiss.Com website. I did not know anything about the business selling the watch and I decided to do my own investigation to find out if the company was legitimate. I will say that the business is legitimate and the customer service by Marc was first class. The store has terrific watch brands for sale and you must be sure of what you want because he’ll get the watch you want. I initially ordered an LLD with a blue dial but changed my mind and ordered the black dial. Marc said, “no problem,” I’ll make some calls and get back to you. Well, that he did and I had the watch in hand the next day. How’s that for customer service? Just the best!! Thank you Marc at Watches-Swiss.

Great price, quick service

Marc was incredible to work with. He was not able to source my original choice but made up for it with another great option and discount... thank you Marc!!!

Enlisting the help of watches-swiss.com to locate a hard to find watch for me was a smart decision and pleasant experience. Why? Marc found the exact watch I wanted that isn't typically available again for another 12 months. Marc also promptly responded to all messages I sent him, provided me with updates when asked as well as provided latest tracking information. The price was fair and I got exactly what I wanted! I will definitely use their services again when it's time to feed my newly found watch addiction. Thanks again, Marc!

I had the best watch buying experience!! Marc is a gem!! Very helpful and patient. Thanks again sir

I initially reached out to Marc about a watch that was sold out. Even though his hunch was that it would be impossible to find, he went the extra mile a checked with multiple suppliers. Unfortunately we were unable to find the specific model, but his amazing customer service and exceptionally quick response time lead me to reach back out to him a couple of weeks later to purchase a different model. Throughout the purchase he was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on every step of the way. There are a few unique points when buying through Marc that you probably wouldn't get with buying directly from a supplier or AD, such as not being provided the postage tracking number, but everything is explained clearly and has a logical explanation. Ultimately the watch arrived right when he said it would and came just as it would if I had bought it directly from the manufacturer - full warranty and packaging. I can't recommend Marc enough, he will definitely be my first point of call when buying my next watch!

Received watch in a timely manner. Good communication and expert protective packaging. Bought a Hamilton Murph 38mm and it arrived brand new and in perfect condition. The price was better than all the competitors which is why I went with watches-swiss. Marc., the proprietor, runs a tight operation over there.
