This was my first Rolex purchase and did a lot of research over the course of several months before deciding to purchase from WatchChest. Many of the other dealers I looked at tried to sell me something I didn't really want. I found exactly what I was looking for at WatchChest. From the very first phone call until the purchase was completed, Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I never got put on hold and he was able to answer each and every question I had. Their price was very fair, especially considering the pristine condition of the watch, the fact that they pay for the overnight shipping and the warranty they offer. Others charge you additional for shipping. The watch had even been set to the correct date and time and was running when it arrived. Packaging was superb and my wife was totally thrilled when I presented it to her on her birthday. I would not hesitate to recommend WatchChest to anyone and hope to deal with them again someday.

I had my reservations about purchasing a luxury item such as a Rolex on line. First time purchasing a Rolex online and the watch is perfect. It was even set for the correct time and date. While this is a small gesture for most people, it meant a lot to me as I have several luxury watches and no dealer ever took the effort to set the time. Chris was easily available and always answered emails quickly. I will definitely purchase from them again.

When I decided I was going to purchase a pre-owned Rolex I had reservations about trusting, understandable considering the price point. Why I chose Watch Chest they're the best, hands down!
