We were looking for a late 80" Rolex Day-Date 18238 with the Italian language date window, and the Watch Chest came through. Their expertise, superior customer service and follow through was best in class. We were extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend them for your next purchase!!!

Mint Condition DJ 36 from Watch Chest
I was looking for a recently discontinued DJ 36 for my Fiancee. Couldn't find it at any AD still in stock and the 2 or 3 new ones online were going for almost $2K over retail. Found a pre-owned one on Watch Chest website and started an online Chat. I was assured this watch was in Like New condition. I was a little skeptical but decided to purchase it for a little above original retail. However since they do not charge sales tax and have free shipping it was a good deal. I received watch 4 days after ordering online via UPS Next day. It was packed very well and the Watch was Mint condition .. Except for no stickers you would not even know it wasn't new. The Box and Papers were also in MINT CONDITION and the Original Warranty card although a little beat up but came with it as well.

That's what I call a white glove service!!!
Dealing with Chris at Watch Chest was such a great experience. The process was flawless. He took the time to answer the thousands of questions I had, since it was my first time purchasing an expensive watch online. The package came as promised and I loved the little screwdriver and the polishing cloth included in the package. I will buy again from Watch Chest. They have great prices and excellent service.
