Prompt shipping, good packaging, everything as listed

I bought a wristwatch from Germany from this seller. The item is now stuck at customs and an invoice is needed to determine the value of the item. I have written to this seller several times, by email and via their website, politely asking for an invoice. Not once have I received a reply, no invoice, no answer! A reputable seller would send you an invoice without being asked. I would not recommend this seller to anyone, if I had known this beforehand, I would never have placed an order there and put my money in the pockets of these crooks! Absolute cheek, impertinent, rude, everything applies to these sellers!

Fast shipping. Watch as described. Great price

Beautiful watch, can't wait to wear it, and the customer service is great! Thank you!

Excellent experience! Very happy with my purchase.

Beautifully packaged and the watch itself is absolutely gorgeous! I got it for my boyfriend as a valentines day gift, he figured out what it was so I let him take a peek and he says its the nicest watch he's ever seen. Will definitely buy from here again!

Superior service! I love the selection of watches but had to return mine because it didn’t fit me and I was allowed to return it and the process was made so efficient and easy for me to do. I am a forever loyal customer from Hawaii!! This company has shown the most “Aloha!”
