I became involved in WarriorBabe about 6 and 1/2 months ago. I love the amount of support you get from the VIP calls, the group huddles, and the one on one specialize coaching. My coach has been super supportive, challenges me to do better, listens when I have a problem that I need help with, encouraging, and reminds me that I am human and I don't have to be perfect. It has been so meaningful to have other babes that understand what you are going through and support each other through the journey. WarriorBabe does such a great job catering to your specific needs, giving you a place where you feel like you belong and are succeeding, where there is no judgement, and focus on empowering women and teaching them that they can move forward to be the best versions of themself.

I've been in the VIP program for the last 9 months with the goal of building muscle. I have been with Warrior Babe for 6 months. My reasons for joining were related to menopause. I was always pretty healthy and active, but since menopause I felt sluggish, was gaining weight, had a new health issue every time I went to the doctor,and had not been able to establish a workout routine I could manage at home and fit into my schedule. Working with my coach at Warrior Babe has really helped me develop new habits, understand nutrition and build up my fitness. It has been one full year since I started Warrior Babe. I started depressed and with a body that I just wanted to hide. I live by the beach in So Cal and was starting to accept that I just wouldn't ever wear shorts again, not to mention a swimsuit. My biggest motivation to try something different was my 50th birthday coming up in the summer. Cut to one year later... I have developed macro-based eating habits, eat more food than I have EVER eaten, established consistent workout habits that include strength-training and daily walks. I am 50 years old in perimenopause and am in the best shape and condition of my life. I rocked a teenie weenie black bikini on my 50th birthday! I have new goals now that I used to think not possible for "my body type". My 2nd year with Warrior Babe starts now. Let's go!

At 67 years old as years old and morbidly obese I know my life was a time bomb. I lived fitness years ago but let life consume me with food. Warrior Babe is my life jacket! My coach shows me how great , powerful, and sexy again! You will be challenged, BUT in love and practicality as each of us are different and have diverse circumstances.
