Warrior Babe is a way of life, a mindset, a motivator to be the very best version of yourself! It’s for those who are serious about changing their lifestyle, health and habits. I’ve learned so much over the course of the past year. My coach, Haley M. is the perfect coach for me. She has taught me so much about nutrition, muscle building, self control, being kind to myself, and many other tools for a lifetime. I enjoy it so much that I signed up for a second year.

I have been a Warrior Babe for 1 year and the support and encouragement I get from my Coach Lauren Bradley is amazing. She is always there to help me with my struggles and to point out the positive changes I don't see when I get frustrated. I may not have changed as much as I wanted to but I have changed and I am looking forward to my second year as a Babe!

Warriorbabe has completely transformed my relationship to food after decades of disordered eating. My coach, Lauren B. Has walked with me each step of the way and truly listens and cares about my well-being. Warriorbabe teaches you macros and programs your workouts but it is SO MUCH MORE than that. The mindset aspect of it is the most valuable and priceless part. And the community of women is inspiring and extremely raw and real. Nikkiey is no-nonsense, practical, and realistic in her teaching and she practices what she preaches. If you want to finally experience real and lasting results with a fitness and nutrition program, this is it!!

Amazing program! I I have had great success with this program. The information they provide you puts you in the drivers seat of your health. The coach that was selected for me, Sara Keatts, is a master in her field! I tried many different programs and this program is designed with women over 40 in mind.

Finally a program with no gimmicks, unhealthy fad diets, “quick” fixes or other types of red flags. Want to heal your metabolism? Want to achieve better sleep? Want to improve your mental and physical strength? You’ve gotta put in the work, but it’ll pay off!! Slowly but surely my coach (I won the jackpot with Coach Haley) has helped me improve my health with lasting impact. So grateful I found WarriorBabe!!

I want to shout out to my coach Stevy. I am completing my journey with Warrior Babes and had major surgery 3 months ago so my focus has shifted. It was great having Stevy as she has gone thru the recovery process and her insights were helpful in the process of getting to the other side. I have learned alot am excited to be my own best advocate moving forward with the tools acquired from Stevy.

Coach Keri J. is absolutely amazing in every way. I feel supported, heard, celebrated, inspired, informed, and motivated by her. With your health and fitness goals in mind, she customizes workouts and calculates your nutritional intake needs as you work towards your goals.

WarriorBabe is a phenomenal customizable program. It has helped me with my digestive/gut health issues and overall confidence. I finally feel like I’m on the right path to achieving my physical and mental goals. Coach Kristin G is amazing!
