I’ve been working with Warrior Babe for about 7 months now and the program and my coach, Kristin, have changed my relationship with food and exercise entirely. Focusing on body composition (becoming lean and tone vs. skinny but unhealthy) is what I needed at 54. No starvation here! I am leaner and stronger than I have been in 20 years. Progress through slow and steady work is what makes WB’s VIP coaching program so valuable. I’ve already signed up for another year. I rely on my coach’s advice week to week and she tracks my progress, adjusts my macros, and provides me with challenging workouts that cater to various muscle groups. Face it, this is hard work to do on your own without anyone holding you accountable or giving you guidance. I have never tried online coaching before, but it has been so much easier than getting myself to the gym or another program outside my home. It has been totally worth it.

I made the decision to join Warrior Babe and am thrilled. I have seen results, have an amazing group of women around me, and have learned how I can manage this on my own. My coach Sara is incredible. She is there for me and holds me accountable. Even though this program is expensive, it’s so worth it. The results I have allow me to be confident. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful program filled with like minded women. It is great to have the support from a coach as well as the other babes in your team. I have found friends here and for the first time feel like it is ok to look the way I look and know I am going to get where I want to go physically and mentally.
