WarriorBabe is simply the Best program Ever. I am Not dieting, I am changing my mindset on eating and exercising. Things something that will stick with me forever. Counting Macros sounds hard, but once you understand it is fairly simple. Having a personal Coach is also Huge.

My goal for 2025 was to get fit and in shape. After looking at many programs Warrior babe hit all the marks! I love the that it is focused on mature women, like myself, who are struggling with the changes our bodies related to the hormone shift of menopause. With the guidance from my amazing coach Megan Nickell I’ve been achieving the most amazing results!! So ladies if you’re looking to be in the best shape ever, look no more!!!

I have tried all the diets keto, intermittent fasting, raw food, optavia. I have struggled with my weight but mostly felt very insecure about my belly fat for 10 years. In retrospect I went into early menopause and was fully menopausal in my mid 40’s. When I found warrior babe it was the first plan that addressed menopausal issues. I have just started with warrior babe but now I feel like I have hope with coach Sarah White that I can get control of my body weight and feel good in my skin again even at age 50.

I am finishing my one year membership with Warrior Babe. My trainer, (sounding board/confidant/therapist/cheerleader) Audrey Cox was 100% my driving force to keep me motivated and focused on what I needed. I had great success with the program.. however towards the end my perimenopause decided to throw a curve ball and throw everything off. Audrey has giving me the tools and information to “give myself grace”, and to try different things to rebalance my hormone shift along with my workouts and diet. I would have given up… she didn’t!And, I feel now I can proceed with all of my new found information to progress and keep my fitness goals where I want them. I’m heading back in the right direction now and I have no doubts I’ll be back to where I’m happiest in no time. Thank you to Audrey Cox and Warrior Babe for the mountain of information and the program and support to help me understand the importance of macros in collaboration with workouts. This program is incredible and just what I was looking for. With the coaching, education, community support, and Nikkiey Stotz podcast and enthusiasm, I am hitting my goals and getting stronger than ever. My coach Adrian is fantastic. She gets me she listens to me and she adjusts, nutrition, workouts, etc., as needed. She is very knowledgeable and has been in competitions and is so very helpful! I would also say that you really have to be dedicated and committed to doing this because it does take time and effort. But I am absolutely loving it!

Warrior Babe has far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about this experience's impact on my life. It has provided tools and resources to address all aspects of my overall health and wellness and a community of like-minded individuals. I have learned so much from this group, especially my coach. Coach Jen has been a constant source of inspiration, feedback, and support. The individual attention and programming do set this program apart. "Everyone needs a coach," and I'm so glad I decided to embark on this journey as an investment in my health.
