WarriorBabeReviews of warriorbabe.com

Warrior Babe has been a life-changing experience for me. I thought I was going in just to get help with some macros and workouts. But there’s so much more that comes with this program! Shout out to Samantha Parada, my coach, who is amazing!

What makes this experience exceptional is the personal touch plus technology. Each week I receive a personal recap of my week and advise for the next week. I have Samantha Parada available to me whenever I need her help or counsel. I love the warrior babe app which takes all the guess work out of my lifts. My whole week is lined up including the lifts, sets videos and stopwatch enabled breaks between sets and repetitions. Sam gives me the exact amount of feedback I need to keep going in the journey long term! She is very knowledgeable about physiology and of course anatomy needed to optimize my progression. This program is transforming not only my body but also my life!

Coach Sam is absolutely the most compassionate and consistent motivator. I’ve been through a hell of a year with work, being sick, getting united and having other issues come up. So much so that she’s the only consistent person in my life! Warrior babe isn’t just for physical health it’s for mental health and health for life! I have yet to get on track but she has not given up on me! I plan to renew my membership after I heal up because I know she’s the right coach for me! I wouldn’t have such an incredible experience with WB if I were without her!

This program is the ONLY thing that has helped reboot my metabolism! I’ve tried EVERYTHING! I’m in my second year and the changes I’m seeing in how I look and how I feel are life giving! I love the one on one coaching, the community and all the resources! Thank you Warrior Babe!

WB has given me the tools that I needed to change and better myself. accountability is key for me and they provide that as well as support, encouragement, and whatever you need to reach your goals. My coach, Kelly D. is incredibly good at her job. She lifts up all her babes consistently and individually, providing each of us with the particular tool that we need-no “one size fits all” here ever. I can contact her anytime and know that she will get back to me very quickly with whatever I may need- from tips, tricks, nutritional plans, advice, encouragement, etc. I am so happy to have found Warrior Babes-they are helping me shape my future self and life! Coach Mandy Tepley has been supportive through my ups and downs, life happening, but always has supportive suggestions to get back on track. Celebrates the wins and encourages me to do more without being pushy 😊. I am doing more now and it’s thanks to her knowledge and caring coaching style that I appreciate so much!

I’ve been with WB just under a year and couldn’t be happier. I’d reached that point where I didn’t even weigh myself anymore because I didn’t want to know the truth my clothes was telling. Lost, having tried so many things, I took a leap when I read up on WB. I was impressed and they have delivered. It’s not just fitting in my last years clothes, it’s my confidence and pride that I’ve reclaimed that are most meaningful. It’s beautiful to be strong and to be myself again.

I’ve been with WarriorBabe about a month now, and I have gained so much knowledge, confidence and energy in such a short time. The community is so welcoming, my coach Sarah Reese is so supportive and knowledgeable, and my group is also. I’m learning to become strong and fuel my body properly, and gain a new mindset. I’m very grateful I found WarriorBabe.
