WarriorBabeReviews of warriorbabe.com

For years, I floundered to even come close to my goals. With WarriorBabe, I was able to achieve my goals and then some in less than nine months with intentional coaching, customized workouts and macros counts and .. accountability!

I chose warrior babe because I didn't want just another diet & quick weight loss. I wanted a sustainable way to a healthier life style. This program is that!! My coach Lindsay D. Is great. She offers tons of support, great ideas for meals & exercise. I have found a lot of support from the WB community. They are teaching you how to live a healthier lifestyle. They offer so many videos & zoom calls in addition to the personal coaching. Totally worth the investment.

WB has helped me be better, stronger, fitter, healthier, and more disciplined. It is a way of life that is sustainable for life. I love my coach and the community.

I have be n with two trainers Lindsay Dill is my current trainer and has taken the time to get to know and help set goals that aren’t setting me up for failure.

Top notch - coach keeps me level headed and to remember ‘slow and steady wins the race’.

Katie Hawkins has been very supportive of my journey. She’s taken the time to get to know me and my goals. I’m very much looking forward to continuing this journey with her!

The WarriorBabe program truly changed my life and perspective about strength and health. Having a dedicated expert trainer to personalize my exercise plan and guide me along the way has made all the difference. I’ve also learned about proper eating using macros for strength, energy and building muscle. My trainer Lindsay has been excellent as she's super knowledgeable and responsive. She also taps into her expert network if I have a question she can’t answer immediately. The Warrior Babe App is also great as it allows me to track my progress, understand my daily program and communicate with my Coach and other “Babes” in the program. The exercise videos are great to guide you through new moves. All in all, I highly recommend this program to anyone who’s serious about their health, strength and longevity.
