If I could give WarriorBabe 6 stars I would! This program has been a game changer for me. I've always been a gym rat but was NOT expecting my body to make so many changes going through menopause! I have tried so many different workouts/apps in the past 2 years but WarriorBabe has been the only one where I am actually seeing results. Coach Mandy T. is an incredible coach and has been with me every step of the way. Not only is she on point with workouts and nutrition, but she is also an excellent communicator and motivator! Thank you Coach Mandy, you have the patience of a saint!

My experience with WarriorBabes has been so positive! Absolutely I’m so blessed to have coach Samantha Parado. She is just the perfect amount of encouragement and push while balancing that with Grace when I most needed it, I have had success and losing weight building muscle eating better than I have in years, but I also don’t feel guilty when I have a treat or eat something. That’s a little bit less healthy, but making better choices with those sweets than I previously did cannot say enough about warrior babe and all the support they offer. I’m so glad I found them and my coach, Samantha Parada is the best.

WarriorBabe is THE program for women to reshape, redefine and create the life you’ve always wanted! The last year of my life has been an enormous change thanks to WarriorBabe and my coach Lindsay D! I have taken a 54 yo body with a metabolic age of 61 and turned it into a 55yo body with a metabolic age of 51. I’ve lost gone from a size 16W to a size 10 and have found muscles I never had as a teen. Joining WarriorBabe was the Best decision i have ever made-An investment in my health and my longevity.

I have been with WarriorBabes for almost a month now and I have never been in any program like this…and believe me when I tell you I have tried every program from WW to VShred, keto to semiglutide shots….all of which did not change my life. WB is SO different…is it easy..No…Is it a miracle drug for weight loss…No. what it is a lifestyle change with attitude! From the moment I clicked on “learn more”, I had someone reach out to me via telephone to tell me about the program and then connect me with another WB who talked to me about what the program was and the cost….(No doubt many people suffer sticker shock when they first hear the price….but if you break it down over an entire year with a personal coach (Lindsay Dill ROCKS!!!), continuous check in’s, face to face conversations, all kinds of resources and an amazing team to support, encourage and build you up…the cost is very reasonable!)….I believe it depends on your priorities…Do you get your nails done weekly, extensions in your hair, Botox or lip filler done regularly??? Well, figure out the cost over a year for all of those and I bet it’s more! I will be honest, I have had to learn to trust the process as I did not believe I could eat 1400 calories at my height (I am vertically challenged LOL) and lose weight but Lindsay has guided me to continue to work toward those daily macros and I have lost 3.5 lbs in 3 weeks….proving my theory incorrect. I am looking forward to the next year with an amazing team who works with me and lifts me up…I would highly recommend this program to any woman who has struggled!

Coach Lindsay D. is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure I reach my goals. The WarriorBabe support and education is unmatched to anything I tried before. I am tremendously grateful for my WarriorBabe journey to better health and overall wellness.
