In joining WB over 2 years ago, I’ve gotten hooked onto their philosophy and plan.. it makes total sense, and although it’s not a “quick fix”, it is a consistent sustainable approach. My current coach Kristin Alexander is PHENOMENAL- so lucky to have picked her up recently.. very grateful!

I’ve been a babe for almost 2 years. While I never had an issue with weight, I was wanting to learn more about how to achieve specific physical results via food and exercise. I learned it’s so much more than that! I have been able to scribe my goals of building muscle, tracking macros based on my goals all under wonderful direction of amazing coaches. This a an incredibly supportive group with weekly “talks” with topics that are so relevant to women of all ages

WB is an amazing program. I have learned so much about the importance and impact of diet, lifting, sleep, stress and so much more. My trainer, Shelley, works hard to help me reach my goals and provides skilled knowledge to make my mental and physical health so much better!

Kristin has been invaluable during my WB journey. I have a great start and then was hit with multiple viruses over the winter months (kiddo bringing home everything under the sun) and I was really knocked off my game for almost 4 months. During that time, Kristin kept me encouraged as it would have been easy to just implode. Looking at this as a way of life as apposed to another "diet" program has been so helpful. She is always available, responsive, and has answers for really ALL of my diet/workout related questions. Her teachings around metabolism and how it needs to trust me to be consistent to work well and for me has been a very important teaching for me to hold on to. HIGHLY recommend her and working with her!

They work with you one on one; you aren't just a participant in a class going with the group. Everything is curtailed around your specific goals and your individual uniqueness! My Trainer Lindsay Dill is top notch and has given me more help and knowledge than I could ever have imagined! I am a Warrior Babe!!

I joined Warrior Babe when I needed desperately to do something that was just for me. I was looking for a one on one coaching experience to help me lose weight and improve my health. What I got was so much more. My individual coach, Kristin Alexander, is nothing less than amazing! Not only does she provide great guidance in my workouts and nutrition, she has been a Godsend in giving me what I really needed which is a mindset change and basically life coaching. I have grown so much on more than just a physical level, but a personal self-care level as well. Kristin pushes just the right amount and provides quick and wonderful support in a very timely matter. She’s helped me find the things in my life to be grateful for and helps me focus on taking care of myself as I’m taking care of my family. If she detects something wrong, I immediately get a voice recording reminding me how well I’m doing and encouraging me to keep going. Warrior Babe and Kristin have become such a positive force in my life and I am so glad I took the leap and joined. Being over 60 makes it even more important to remember self care and I am devoted to strength training and proper nutrition thanks to this program.
