I don’t sign up to these things easily but I’m so excited for my journey with the WB team/ - everyone seems to practice what they preach and whilst I’m.only 2 weeks in, my coach Samantha has been responsive, thoughtful and completely invested in my journey. I’m really looking forward to getting to know her better and to see how she helps me evolve and realise my full potential. I can sense already she has my back - physically, nutritionally, emotionally and practically- such a huge plus when embarking on such meaningful and life long change.

Warrior Babe has shaken all the myths of restrictive diets in me and has impacted my life in an amazing way. I have been part of this extraordinary team for a year and 8 months in which I have learned infinite things, nutrition, macronutrient management, training focused on progressive overload, and this led by the hand of excellent coaches who have helped me achieve my goals in an empathetic and realistic way. Currently Lindsay Dill is my coach and always with reasoning and knowledgeable guidance she has focused on helping me achieve my goals. She always looks for ways to get answers to my questions and works hand in hand with me as needed. In addition, there is a lot of one on one support, with an extensive call schedule in the Warrior Babe community where key and important topics are covered to help us grow and help us understand the science behind healthy living. It's never too late to learn! I highly recommend this program and this community of fantastic coaches who will guide you toward what you've always dreamed of.

I've tried so many fitness and nutrition plans throughout my life, but I feel WarriorBabe is the last plan I will ever need. From the workouts to the support system, WarriorBabe meets you where you are, and helps you through the up's and down's of your fitness journey.

WARRIORBABE is what I’ve been looking for all my life! I got so exhausted trying to figure out the right diet, the right workout program, the right macro split, etc. Now I don’t have to think about it. I just do what I’m told by my amazing coach and trust the process. I have had an amazing transformation physically and emotionally! And I’m still a work in progress! Highly recommend WARRIORBABE!

Warrior babies has been a game changer for me. Teaching me how to eat yet not restricting me. Not putting a time table on results but understanding it’s a process and has variable end dates. Not focusing on the scale but over all look, feel, confidence, and health. Love being held accountable but also providing community support and answers when things don’t work. Achieving small wins/goals to accomplish great things. Worth every penny.
