I was completely stuck for the last few years with the scale only moving up. Everything I used to do in my 20’s and early 30’s wasn’t working anymore. So thankful I found this program that helps women just like me, struggling and not knowing where to start. My coach Allison is amazing! No quick fixes no quick weight loss Just a healthy lifestyle. My coach. Kristen is fabulous. She has so much knowledge in their pretty little head of hers. Not only with macros and workouts, but she is so intuitive to people‘s mental and emotional states that can really help them unlock their weight loss goals. She absolutely has a gift for this, and Nikki is so fortunate to have found her. I have truly enjoyed my time at war babes, and recommended highly.

Becoming a Warrior Babe was one of the best decisions I made. The program and my coach, Kayla T, have helped me to become fit from the inside out. It is more than just "do this and you will achieve that" like most programs, they teach you and motivate you so you truly understand the process. Kayla meets me where I am, both physically and mentally, and encourages me to meet my goals. I am approaching my first cut, and although I am nervous and hesitant, I know I have the support I will need to be successful.
