I have tried other coaching programs in the past. Warrior Babe is by far the best one I've used. It's not inexpensive but you really get a lot for your money and I could tell it was worth it from the start. I'm 2 months in and have seen positive changes not only in my body composition but also my mind set.

I started WarriorBabe VIP in March after trying to navigate my new body during perimenopause. I used to know how to get/stay fit. I would track my macros and do strength training with HIIT workouts (5 workouts per week), but nothing was working like it used to. I have learned so much about what works for my body and know that I can apply my knowledge for the rest of my life! Its not just about what to do now, during the program, but how to learn your new lifestyle (and not having to be perfect and super restrictive), that will make you strong, healthy and confident! Warrior Babe has taken me from starving myself to eating the most I have ever allowed myself to eat and I lost 4lbs initially and now I am still increasing my food but not gaining. This is because my work out routine set by my coach is helping me gain muscle and strength. I have learned to fuel my body with food. Muscle is so much more Important than being skinny. I love all the support you receive on this program from community calls, to coach calls and also having access to your coach daily. The support is amazing. This program is not just about losing weight it’s about building strength and confidence and changing your mindset.

Before WB I bounced around from one diet to the next. I was on a constant roller coaster. Since joining WB, I have gained strength, confidence, and knowledge about nutrition and what my body needs. I’m no longer starving myself to lose a pound to only gain it back again which is amazing! It’s even more than that though. I’ve finally found a community of woman who are accepting and encouraging. And my coach, Hannah, is so supportive, knowledgeable, and available which is a huge part to my success. I’m 5 months in and sleeping better, losing weight, toning my body, and learning the foundations of a lasting lifestyle. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. In fact, I’ve signed up for another 2 years! The best investment I could ever make is in myself.

I joined Warrior Babe about two months ago to “clean up my act” and avoid going on medication through a better exercise and nutrition program. Despite the cost, I felt that at 67, I was in the 11th hour and at a crossroads. Being on a weight loss and gain roller coaster since my skinny (but not strong) teenage years, I was familiar with the concept of macros and several different workout programs through my life. It’s amazing to me how this program has combined weight training, movement, protein based nutrition, and other essentials like sleep and recovery into something that synchronistically works to lose inches but not necessarily pounds. I can see this working already, and with my newfound determined consistency, but not perfection, I can get to a place I had never imagined. The guidance, support, and accountability are worth it to me. And nothing is worth more than your health.

I've only been in the VIP program for almost three months but I already am very happy that I joined. I have lost 6 lbs and am down a pants size. More importantly, I am feeling more confident, stronger and mobile. Somehow WB paired me with the perfect coach who knows how to motivate me as a newbie to strength training at the gym.

I am just starting off in WarriorBabe but my experience so far has been great! Adrienne, my coach, has been very gracious with all my questions and has helped me get back to taking care of me. I can't wait to see all the changes I will go through and I know I can make it happen with WarriorBabe!
