I am still a work in progress and I am so thankful for my coach Norma, who encourages me, motivates me and keeps me focused on the long game. I feel her knowledge is extensive and need more time to learn!

The fact that it is run by women who completely understand what your body is going through; and guide and encourage you to retrain everything from nutrition to movement. With the help and support of a coach and the support of the women in your group challenges are discussed and suggestions given to deal with those challenges. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the price.

My coach, Lindsey, is so attentive and knows her stuff. She responds quickly, listens to what I have to say, she encourages and empowers me. However, most importantly, she wants me to be the best version of me so she helps me set realistic but achievable goals. 🩷💪🏽🙌🏽

One week into the program…So far all communication with the program regarding meetings, nutrition and exercise has been very clear with great responsiveness to questions. Will update rating once I have more experience with the program.

The information shared is practical and easy to implement! With the support of a coach, even big issues are easy to breakdown and manage without feeling overwhelmed! My coach Mandy Teply is supportive, intelligent, trustworthy, and truly cares about my goals and helping me meet them!

Warrior Babe is all about education, motivation, and giving us all the tools needed for a healthier, stronger lifestyle. My coach, Keri Luce, has been my cheerleader, my mentor, my motivator, and my friend. I couldn’t be participating without her! Thanks for keeping me motivated and accountable!

I chose to enroll with Warrior Babe because they did not promise a quick and easy solution. They promised to work with me individually over the course of a year, but they did promise results in that year, and the results they promised was not simply weight loss, but fat loss and strength gains. That is specifically what I wanted. Fortunately, I was assigned to Coach April Gatlin. She is compassionate, firm, and takes the time to explain things. I like when people like being asked questions. I am still working through my nutrition journey, but the program has pushed me to increase my weights in my workouts and push for more than I would have expected of myself. April has given me the confidence to believe that I can make big changes to my body and not just accept what ageing and ignorance has led my body to become. The community provides endless examples of older women who are toned and strong and encouraging each other to envision more for themselves.

It’s only been seven weeks since I joined, so I am early in the one year journey. I wanted to be able to do this on my own but after trying one year on my own, I decided to join as a menopausal woman who gained weight after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I gained 15 lbs that I could not lose and was definitely skinny fat. In this short time period, Raven Hughes my coach has devised custom programs to accommodate my multiple injuries and I have lost fat6% and gained muscle mass which I never could on my own. I have not lost weight but I am eating more than I ever have and have maintained my weight. It is eye opening how women can make their bodies feel so unsafe with our diets and lifestyle. It’s an expensive program. I do think working with function health labs to have a better understanding of metabolic health and more meal prep idea would be helpful. And have more plant based ideas.
