I’m 52 and joined warrior babe a few months ago. My coach has changed the way I eat and I view myself. We are just getting started on this journey and I’m loving every minute of it. There’s so much support from so many women!

I’ve only been here a few months, but I love the whole concept. The macros is something new and realizing I’m not eating enough. I love the individualized coaching and weight routines. This is a process and a life change I’m looking forward to.

WarriorBabe has been an invaluable tool (and Community) to help get me moving in the direction of better overall health. From having a coach, to weekly calls, to using the app... everything works as long as you put in the work. I even signed on for a second year when I was only in my 3rd month. I'm committed to myself and WarriorBabe is helping me shape my future!

I've been in the program for 3.5 months (started implementing many of the things I learned from the Macro Hour podcast a few months before that). I'm seeing MASSIVE changes in my body composition. My body fat has decreased by 13.2 lbs and lean mass increased by 10.7 lbs! Even my bone mass went up a bit and that's amazing for a 54 year old! Did I mention that I have done this while eating MORE food than I was before I started? Incredible. I love having my workouts planned for me and available with videos and tracking right on the app. My coach is available to answer my questions, meet with me regularly and give me encouragement and feedback. I feel great and can't wait to see where I'll be at at the end of my year! This program is worth every dollar. You have to follow your program but you also don't have to be absolutely perfect. Do it for your future self!

Having come from another program that was very restricting & no longer working, this program was a breath of fresh air. I’m eating better & more than I was & my hormones are finally getting more normalized. My trainer is amazing & I love the Community Calls, they are so informative. If you are ready to put in the work & get strong, this program is for you! Everyone I have interacted with has been great! I am very happy with my program & have even added another year (even though I have only been in for a few months). Definitely recommend!

I’m 55 and started with WarriorBabe about 9 months ago, I was already thin when I started with about 2 years of weight training doing it by myself and trying to figure out the macros by myself as well but all with little results. I wanted to crack the code with the macronutrients reason I joined the program. Joining WarriorBabe VIP program has been great, worth every penny. I started at 26% body fat and now I’m 20%. I have much more lean muscle and my body has changed a lot since I started. I highly recommended the program.

Since starting WB I have lost 5 pounds of fat and gained .5 lb of muscle according to my InBody scans from my doctor (one from July 2025 and most recently in November 2025). As a fitness instructor, I have always prided myself in how hard I workout, but when I hit 40 I started to feel my energy drain and notice my body putting on body fat even though I was exercising so much. I tried intermittent fasting, keto, plant based/low fat… you name it and my results were always subpar at best. I would lose body fat and muscle and end up feeling so tired and still look soft. As soon as I stopped whatever extreme version of eating bandwagon I was on I would pack on the fat with a vengeance. Joining the VIP community in WB has been amazing. Each week I can see my body lose body fat while gaining muscle. The body shape that is emerging is one that I didn’t think I could ever have. I’m amazed by my energy levels.
