From first conversation to signing up these people were very helpful and very knowledgeable! The coach they picked for me is extremely helpful to my needs! I’m so glad I decided to sign up! It is going very well! I am very excited for this new opportunity to get healthy!

What I’ve gained from WarriorBabe VIP
I joined WarriorBabe in May 2024 right around my 60th birthday. I was tired of previous efforts no longer working and seeing very little results. I wasn’t new to working out or healthy eating but I had just been in a slump for far too long. While honestly the number on the scale has fluctuated only slightly, I have lost inches. Primarily in my hips and thighs. But more importantly I have been able to stop taking the antidepressant and bp medication that I was on for far too long. That is HUGE!! My coach is with me every step of the way to offer encouragement and tough love as needed. I have learned so much over these past 19 months. My consistency has improved so much and being able to make healthier meals and food choices is so much better. My strength has improved significantly and I LOVE the gym, not just home workouts. When I started, one of my reasons was to be here for my grandchildren. My daughter keeps me well-supplied so I have to keep upping my game! I LOVE being a WarriorBabe!

This program is amazing and I love…
This program is amazing and I love having a coach to keep me accountable. I am already seeing a change in my body and an increase in my strength level after only 5 weeks!

Try Warrior babe!
I am 1 1/2 months in and already beginning to feel better. The meal plan is so intuitive and it’s full of ‘real’ foods! Now that i am eating more Carbs, and the right carbs, my body and mind are working soooo much better! Who knew i was depriving my body all these many years, eating almost no carbs! I am still working the strength training into my routine, but I’m excited to see how that changes me for the better, too. If you are thinking about this program, TRY IT. I thought about it for 6 mos, and I’m so glad i finally tried it.

Thank you for giving me my life back!
I’m only about 6 weeks in and I’ve already lost 6 lbs and see a significant change in my body and sleep. I have a long way to go, but I love my coach and the Facebook group has been so inspirational! I listen to as many past videos as I can to gain all the knowledge! My previous story is long and A LOT, but you are all changing my life! Thank you!!
