It's hard to write a review when the results I have experienced have left me totally speechless. Today I celebrate my 59th birthday looking leaner, feeling stronger, and exuding more confidence than ever before. None of this would be possible without the one-on-one support of my coach and encouragement from the entire WarriorBabe community. This is truly the best investment in myself I have ever made!

I’m just getting started with WarriorBabe. So far everyone has been wonderfully helpful, supportive and friendly. This checks all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a program to get me in the best shape of my life. Take that step first yourself, you won’t be sorry.

I signed up with warrior babe because I needed one on one guidance to get my body under control. I've struggled my entire life with my weight. After my total hysterectomy it has gotten even harder to keep my weight under control. I'm very excited to work with them. They are very professional, with coaches who take the time to ensure that you understand the process every step of the way.

Warrior Babe was the answer I had been looking for the past 10 years. As perimenopause started I noticed my body changing, but when I hit menopause that's when I lost all control. My body started retaliating against me. I couldn't sleep, nothing that I did that worked for me in the past worked anymore. I worked out a lot, I ate relatively healthy foods, but I just kept gaining weight! I felt defeated and discouraged to say the least. Warrior babe taught me that I was actually starving my body, so I learned how to eat correctly by hitting my macros. I was also given an actual workout program to follow every week. My body responded IMMEDIATELY! I just needed to find someone/something that could give me the tools I needed in order to succeed. I am forever grateful that I found Warrior babe.

This program is amazing! Ooodles and ooodles of support and guidance. I’ve been in the program for 3 months now and have had some great success without starving myself or killing myself in the gym. All of the coaches are professionals and very knowledgeable. They personalize the program to fit your needs and lifestyle and you not only get the support of your coaches but also of other team participants. It’s truly a great experience.

I am about to reach my 6 month mark with the program and could not be more satisfied! I started at 152lbs and am now down to 135lbs!! I get to eat food real food everyday and only workout 3 days a week! I am down 5” in my waist and my love handles are gone! My body is fueled, energetic and looks great with each passing month! What I have not told you is what has been the greatest part of the program and that is the clarity in my mind! They do not tell you at the doctors office or in these ridiculous diets out here that the most important part of any fitness or diet program to look and feel better is that the protein is the key to all of it! My mind is sharper, more clear and less tired! Though I have changed and continue to change the way my body looks the best part has been the mind. I am processing through a lifetime of trauma in a healthy way and feeling better from head to toe…nervous system to musculoskeletal system!! My trainer Andi S, is amazing and the best throng that has happened to me. I believe everything happens for a reason as my first trainer quit a month in and I was assigned to Andi! She is the best she gives so much information, sets great programs, asks the right questions and always has an answer or a place to get one. I could not be more happy with Warriorbabe! I tried so many things for 3 years prior and little results. I used to tell my doctor well I have tried everything but it is not like I am counting my macros or anything….who knew that was the key!

Warriorbabe is unlike any program I have done in the past. You are assigned a coach based on your needs and personality and that coach is committed to understanding you and working to make you successful. This program is NOT a “quick fix weight loss program”. If you are looking for quick scale results, you may be disappointed. But if you are looking to get healthy and strong, improving your longevity and quality of life, this is the only program you should be considering (especially if you are perimenopause or post-menopause! It isn’t easy, but your coach works with you every step of the way. Plus, you have a team to learn from AND a community to lean on. This programming worth every cent!

I am in year two with the Warrior Babes program, I can confidently say this is more than a fitness program — it’s a lifestyle transformation. I’ve built strength, muscle, and a deeper understanding of nutrition through macro-based food prep that actually fits my life. Working with my coach, Allison, has been a game changer. Her guidance, encouragement, and accountability have helped me push beyond limits I never thought possible. She’s equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to maintain my health and fitness at a level I’ve never experienced before.
