I came into Warrior Babe looking for a program that would get me where it wanted to be. Little did I know that it would be the hardest and most rewarding year I've ever had. I've been a Babe for 10 1/2 months and it was all they said it would be. I've worked hard to earn the gift of a better me now and a healthier and better future me. Warrior Babe has given me the tools and the foundation to continue to be amazing! Coach Lindsey has become more than just a coach, she's become family and I appreciate all the support and confidence she's helped me build! Thank you. Nikkiey Stott and everyone at WB! I'm now 8 months in as a WarriorBabe VIP. My coach, Aubree Woolley, has been excellent. I joined hoping to lose some weight, but my biggest goal was to age in a strong, healthy manner. I'm down 14.5 pounds, am much stronger, sleeping better, have greater energy and less pain. One of the most amazing accomplishments is the loss of over 17 inches over my body! WB is the key to a healthy life in retirement for me. I highly recommend this plan and this incredibly supportive team of women.

This program is honestly nothing like anything I’ve done before. Over the past 90 days, the biggest thing I’ve gained is education—real knowledge that actually sticks with you. It’s not just a plan you follow and forget. It gives you the tools and confidence to continue on your own for the rest of your life. What really surprised me were all the extra layers of support. The community calls, group huddles, and Facebook groups made such a difference. You’re never doing this alone, and that accountability and encouragement is powerful. I’ve learned so much—not just about macros and exercise, but about how my body actually works. Even more importantly, I’ve grown in understanding the mental side of everything—how I’ve approached food, fitness, and even myself over the years. That combination of education, support, and mindset growth has been the most valuable part of this journey. It’s not just about physical results—it’s about lasting change.

I came into this program knowing I would work hard to accomplish big things! It took me one year to pull the trigger and I’m so happy I did! I work hard, I show up for my workouts, eat well and have learned so much about myself internally and physically. My coach and I were fit perfectly together, she’s supportive, she’s very educated and has so much to offer me for incredible guidance. She believes in me and is sincere but also has some tough love along the way. Is this hard work? Absolutely but so well worth the results!

The overall availability of resources and support of this program is significant and unique. They cover all the bases. Nutrition, movement and mindset correction when needed. But also the mindset support even when you didn’t know you needed it. This all in one package is the real deal!

WarriorBabe has helped me find a routine that works for me, nutritionally and physically. My coach checks in with me regularly and helps me maintain my progress.

I’ve been a WarriorBabe for almost 9 months and my experiences have BY FAR outweighed my expectations when joining. Like so many women, when I hit my 40’s the “eat less, exercise more” method stopped working and the weight piled on. By the time I hit 50, I was experiencing back and hip pain, had high cholesterol, was overweight and thoroughly miserable. When I first joined WarriorBabe I expected a set diet and exercise plan….but got SO much more. Even before my first month had ended I had already signed-up for a second year! I have an amazing coach who’s very supportive but honest when she needs to be. I’ve learned not only what to do to lose body fat and build muscle, but WHY I’m doing the things I’m being taught - the WarriorBabe program is not a quick fix diet but a sustainable lifestyle focused on wellbeing and longevity. So far I have lost over 20lbs, dropped 2 sizes, am stronger, more confident, mostly pain-free, and now have normal cholesterol levels. WarriorBabe has truly changed my life, and most importantly, it has changed my life for the rest of my life!

I am about 90 days into the program now and noticing results in my ability to do things I physically couldn’t do before. I had pretty much given up on my body. I tried about every diet out there without results. The hardest thing about joining WB was to put up the money it costs up front. But in doing so I committed myself to persevering through hard days, learning to count macros, faithfully exercising changing my mindset ! Already I feel stronger and energized. I like this new me!
