My father and his twin are both diagnosed with dementia. His twin is on psych meds and can barely communicate. We used these gummies for sundowners (which is a terrible side effect of the disease) which he was up all night long pacing, anxious, fretful and crying. I worked to find something natural that wouldn’t cause the zombie like behavior so he could enjoy his life. These work amazingly well. He can continue his day and do whatever he wants without the torment. And he sleeps through the night. Started at 5mg, ended up at 10mg.
