I am completely satisfied with the service and the delivery of my products. I have been using the the blizts 3500 oil and followed the instructions for two months with no results.. l had a severe spinal cord injury fifteen years ago (non service relaterelated), I was hoping the oil would ease the nerve pain, unfortunately it didn't. On the bright side the hemp cream has worked beyond expectations, it relieves muscle pain for up to two hours. I hope that this information is helpful. With all of my respect and prayers. Robert
